Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloadable software, executable applications, and stream scripts), all sales are final.

Once a digital asset or license key is purchased and issued, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We cannot verify whether the software has been downloaded, installed, or copied, and therefore we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return policy.

Compatibility Warning: Before making a purchase, please ensure your streaming setup meets the requirements (e.g., Windows PC for running .exe applications and a valid streaming connection tool like TikFinity).
